A bag of woven bark and buckskin made by a Nlaka'pamux (Thompson River) maker and collected before 1915, displayed in the Native American collection of the Peabody Museum at Harvard University. Bags of Indian hemp, bark fibre and hide carried roots, dried food and tools, and their weaving was women's specialist knowledge across the Interior Salish plateau. The maker's name was not recorded by the collectors.
